THINKING sustainably

We understand that, as architect, our role is to observe and react to climate, to tradition, to function, to economy and to landscape, in order to produce an architecture that can respond to the demands of modern living in the Ireland of today, but which remains rooted in a deep understanding of the places we work. We have ongoing projects in Kildare, Meath, Cavan, Dublin, and Wicklow, and have worked extensively with city and county council for these areas.

a process you can trust

Sketch Design

For us, this is the most important stage of your project – Making the correct decisions at this stage has a huge bearing on the success of the finished building.

We resource this stage accordingly and we do not recommend rushing this important process.

1. DEVELOPED DESIGN - PLANNING

Agreed sketch design layout is improved upon, efficiencies are found, and a formal application is made to the planning authority, if required.

2. DETAIL DESIGN - TENDER

This involves preparing packages for a number of contractors to competitively tender for the project.

3. CONSTRUCTION / ON SITE

This involves periodic inspection of the works as the construction proceeds, regular site meetings, and instructing the contractor as required.
