Our heritage consultancy services are based on a considered analysis of place, in line with internationally defined principles of conservation. We at FLYNN Architects, have worked with public and private clients on a range of sensitive buildings and sites. We can assist all stages of the development process. We provide architectural appraisals, historic research, conservation impact assessments, condition reports, and conservation methodologies and specifications for inclusion in architectural heritage impact assessments and conservation reports, in support of proposals for interventions that may impact on architectural conservation areas, historic buildings, protected structures, recorded and national monuments.
